Are you drawn to crystals? Do you have some but are not sure what to do with them or how they can used for health, self healing and wellbeing? Well this little introductory workshop is for you.
I will teach you some crystal healing basics in this fun and interactive workshop. We will look at the following:
- An explanation about crystals and how they can help us for health, healing and wellbeing
- Basic crystal types
- How to choose your crystals
- How to cleanse your crystals
- How to activate your crystals
- Popular crystals and how you can work with them.
- We will end with a relaxing crystal meditation.
What you will need
If you have a clear crystal point, or any crystal point please have it with you. If you have any other crystals have them near you too. If you don’t have any crystals yet it doesn’t matter you can still take part.
Just chill and relax and enjoy the healing energy these wonderful crystals bring.
