Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellations received within 24 hours of appointment date and time will incur full payment charge. A link will be sent directly to you for this payment.
All cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours will incur a 50% payment requirement.
All cancellations received 48 hours or more, will incur no charge.
If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged full payment.
All cancellation fees will be at the discretion of Colour Energy Therapies.
Please remember that when I have less than 24 hours notice, it makes it near impossible for me to fill the appointment again.
